If you can explain what happened at the listing that led to you abruptly leaving we can try and advise on whether you might be entitled to a refund.
As a host yourself I'm sure you're aware you need to raise issues relating to the listing with the host in the first instance and then involve Airbnb if you can't agree a resolution.
Is that the process you followed?
did the host agree to refund you for any days you didn't stay before you left?
the only exception to leaving without agreeing with the host and expecting a partial refund would be if there were personally safety issues involved .
