How do i enable the new rooms feature (summer 2023 release)?

I'd like to have my listing use the new rooms features but can't find a way to?  Any instructions?

To be eligible for this new feature you need to make sure that you meet the criteria so have a read of the article below and see what to do to be put into this category if there is something missing from your listing:
