Reviews are powerful for the Airbnb community as a whole. It largely represents a social endeavor focused on building relationships between Hosts who offer an experience, in the form of accommodation, to guests traveling to make memories in all the corners of the world.
One of the most important aspects of getting a good review is to provide exceptional service or a great experience. It is important that you are delivering what you have promised in your listing description, and that your guests are happy with the result.
In short, guests are more likely to book your listing if you have great reviews – as it acts like social proof that your space is suitable, giving the traveler the confidence to book with you.
As a Host, you’re always shooting for “5–stars”. What does it take to ensure you get that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ star rating from your guests?

This is such a nice topic. From my experience everything is in the communication. Your tone, style, response time, all of this is No1 for excellent review.
Remember, even if the place is not the perfect one, polite and respectful communication can ensure you good review, and vice versa. If you have perfect place and you behave in not such a good manner, you will not get good reviews.

Start at the beginning with a polite tone that tells your guest you sincerely care about them and that their satisfaction during the stay is important to you. I add many small amenities, fresh flowers in the rental, local candy bars, thin mints in the bedrooms, choices on toiletries in the bathroom. Books and pamphlets on local attractions and magazines with articles in where to eat. But my most important tip is a page in my House Manual that states I want their stay to be wonderful, and if For Any Reason they don't feel they can give me a 5 star review, to please let me know so I can correct the problem immediately. It has worked beautifully for me.
This branch of business from the tourist is all about people so you must enjoy everything that relates to them and their experience in their travel plans. Top things for me are responsiveness, caring, thinking beyond their expectations, and be very sincere about what you offer.
They are trusting you and choosing you instead of a hotels so there is an exchange that happens when they accept your home or the home you represent in a different country, that's huge!
All we have left is to let them know that we care and their stay will be just as they imagined.
