How does Airbnb feel about the multiple use of the word "homeless" in public reviews?

Good afternoon!

If in accordance with Non-discrimination policy, should this term be allowed to be used haphazardly in public reviews?  If the society now deems the word as demeaning, should this be used minimum 4 times in one review?

Hi @Amelia519

I think it really depends on the context of the review. Was the guest simply describing a factual observation about the neighborhood, such as mentioning that there were many homeless people outside the home? Or were they using the term in a way that could come across as exaggerated, offensive, or irrelevant to the stay itself? Context is important, since Airbnb usually allows reviews that share genuine experiences, but if the wording feels misleading, discriminatory, or unnecessarily damaging, it could be worth flagging for review.
