How to book a 1-3mth rental on the site?

Hi, I’ve only been doing shorter term 5-10 day rental so for snow birds now inquiring for a 3mth where do I navigate that on the site ? I assume it will be a different price than the nightly rates listed on the calendar ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx 😊

To find long-term stays on Airbnb, simply apply filters to your search. Start by entering your desired location and dates, then tap on “Filters” and select “Length of stay” or set your trip to 28 days or more. This will show you listings that offer long-term bookings in your chosen area. You can also filter by price, amenities, and property type to find the perfect place that fits your needs.

Oh thanks for your reply but I’m hosting not looking to rent. I think I figured out how to do it per mth on the calendar now and how it calculates it.
