How to boost bookings except for updating listing and giving discounts ?

Hello 

I have joined the group to learn before I can give advice to anyone. I started my STR 6 weeks ago and had bookings instantly. Now I have nothing for next month and after even though I am cheaper than competition with discounts. I had 5 stars reviews but also guests who did not bother leaving a review. If anyone can give advice it would be appreciated. Customer support is telling me there is nothing wrong with my listing and it is still high season where my units are located

Several suggestions....

One of the ways you attract more bookings is to optimize/update your listing and lower your price, so I'm a bit confused by the title of your thread? 😊

Lower Your Min Stay

One of your listings has a 4night minimum? I would lower your min stay to 2-3 nights until you get some bookings. You will appear more in guest searches and have more visibility.

Photos

Get professional photos. This is part of "updating your listing". You have alot of duplicate photos, so suggest you delete those and add captions to every photo.

Custom Promotions to Lower Price

You are a new listing, so custom promotions won't be an option for a bit, but I would use them as soon as you can. Use a Custom Promotion to lower your price instead of manually lowering it.

Add Your Photo to Your Profile

Guests prefer to see a photo of the Host...I do love the ocean beach photo though.
