How to cancel a guest reservation who has stayed before but you don't want back

This guest applied to stay with me earlier this year and I declined mainly due to recovering from a fractured hip, he kept pressuring me to stay and eventually stayed for 1 week. he has now booked for 2 weeks and I don't want him in the house, I live alone. Although he didn't actually do anything wrong he was creepy, I felt uneasy with him in the house and he kept on making exuses to come into my private area - what do I do?

@Colleen359 call Airbnb, tell them you are uncomfortable with this reservation, and request that they cancel it for you penalty-free.

Then, to block him from booking or contacting you again, go to your message thread with the guest, click on the flag icon on the latest message from him, and report the message. You will be given an opportunity to explain, and at the end (hopefully) be given an option to block him.

I'm sorry you've had this experience. You have absolutely no obligation to host anyone who makes you uncomfortable in your own home, and you shouldn't.

Call airbnb and have them cancel it. Tell them you are not confortable with the reservations and explain what you just mentioned here.
