How to redeem gift card?

I have ordered a gift card on amazon.de, but after an issue with my e-mail address, i can't see the gift card.

Can you help me with?

To redeem your gift card go to your Airbnb Account/profile  then  select Payments & payouts. Under Payments, go to Airbnb gift credits & coupons to review the current credit balance or tap redeem.

According to  you the product description of the Airbnb gift card on amazon.de you should be able to see the gift card in your Amazon account under “Your Orders” and “Gift Card Balance”. You can also resend the gift card to yourself or another email address from there. If you still can’t see the gift card, you may need to contact Amazon customer service for assistance.
