How to rent a place long term as I want to relocate

I am needing to leave Wales uk as I am not given any justice or protection from Welsh police who allow the public to physically abuse and attack me and the police do nothing, only harass and abuse me too. 

How do I go about finding a years Airbnb until I can be rehoused in either Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, or somewhere south. 

As I fear for my life and my cats life. I need my cat to be with me, for life to be worth breathing, but I need to leave Wales ASAP. 

Anyone help, I don't want Scotland, Ireland or London no city life, I just want total peace and quiet after 4.5 years of abuse, harassment and physical attacks.
