Help me out how can boost my listings. I have 70 Units

You only have two listings on your profile not 70 @Axe521 

 

When you decided to get into STRs and list 70 properties what market research did you carry out around the best channels to use to promote your STR properties ? 

@Helen3 Right now I am just working on PR public relation in Islamabad and I want to because somebody told me air bnb is the best website for the hotels chain. Help me out to reach pplz.

It looks like you perhaps want to list all the apartments in the building? If so,.each apartment will need its own listing.

 

If you want to get used to the system first, you can start with one or two, but each listing has to be for one specific apartment (with exact photos and amenities of that specific apartment and the calendar for that specific apartment).

@Shelley159 My all apartments are in the same theme. So it shows duplicate photos. I can't edit it. So I have multiple apartments in one listing.

They can't be in one listing @Axe521 

If the listing gets booked, it's booked (and then no other apartments can be booked).

 

Your original post mentions that you'd like to boost your reservations, but at the moment guests are confused. The listing talks of several units, while Airbnb listings have to be for one specific unit at a time.

 

The Airbnb system can't work for an entire hotel in one listing.

How to become superhost. I need someone who can educate me on Airbnb . I am owning a company. My target is to have many more apartments this year. Even I can pay. I want to learn the stretegies of giving best services to the clients

No booking till now what's the issue

I noticed you own two listings.

 

My comments in short:

Regarding first listing:

Why are there 3 bathrooms for max.  2 guests ?

Why is in bathroom 2 the same photo as in bathroom 3 ?

Why is the photo of bathroom 3 also twice in the addtional photo's ?

Very confusing....

 

The description is very limited, only says:

"Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay."

A "whole family" while 2 guests is maximum ?

 

Houserules: at least add the options for (no)pets, (no)smoking, no parties

 

Regarding second listing:

You offer a private room.

But there are 2 private rooms and description says it is " 2-bedroom serviced apartment"

It is confusing what to expect. Photos have no captions on it.

 

Houserules: add missing options (see above)
