I am not a host. My reservation at Rocky River beach got cancelled. My message didn't go through.

I got a cancellation email from Kelly in Kingsland Texas. I booked at Rocky River Beach for April 5th -10th 2024. The places that were offered by airbnb instead were not 3 bed 2 bath homes, they were camping spots- not comparable at all. There was no email delivery so I am resorting to this forum to lodge a protest to this action.

What does this mean - are you saying the host cancelled your booking. If so you have two options

1. Accept a credit from Airbnb . Find your own alternative property on Airbnb and book that

2. If you can't find anything on Airbnb ask them to refund you and look for accommodation on an alternative platform

yes, I am saying that my reservation was cancelled with no explanation given. The other available stays were not at all similar and I have opted for a refund. However, I replied to ** and I received another email from the same email address saying "Sorry your email can't be answered because the email you replied to has expired." So I need somewhere that I can actually get a response from airbnb.  Now there are no airbnb or VRBO stays in the area for a similar price because the dates are those of the total eclipse of 2024.  So all prices have skyrocketed. I put in my reservation early so it would be guaranteed, and I feel I have been ripped off. I don't know how to proceed. Can you help me? No refund has been posted to my account as of now.
