@Youssef202 Indeed a guest cannot message hosts on the community centre. This is so that you cannot bypass Airbnb and book direct with them. It is a pain however if you are a journalist trying to contact hosts.

Do you mean you can't message hosts on the platform regarding making a booking @Youssef202 .  If so, give Airbnb a call to see what has happened.

Could you share a bit more detail about which platform you are unable to use for messaging hosts? Is it the Airbnb page or the Community Center?
