I suggest maybe review your listing.  Pictures Show 1 room has 4 beds show the multiple bathrooms  Guests want to see what they are buying by renting your space

Tweak your description. Again a guest doesn;t know your space or your location  Tell me why you are my best choice.

Review your amenities   You have to list everything you offer even toilet paper because some rentals don't and right now you don't.

Hi @Bendaoud0 , @Marie8425 has left a few suggestions and feedback. Did you have a chance to have a look at them? Are you planning to make any changes to your listing based on the feedback?

How is the weather usually at your listing location? There was a recent topic in the Community where a guest left negative review due to hot weather , where Host @Shelley159 shared a recommendation for the Host.

I wonder if Host @Shelley159 had any suggestions for your listing as well : 

Perhaps consider alternatives to avoid a repeat complaint (portable aircon units, ceiling fans, etc). If you add these, be sure to list and photograph them clearly to negate any effects from the negative review.
