needs to speak to a rep in the states. This is regarding a bed bug issue/infestation issue, which as required I would need a Dr to confirm bed bugs. Not only did I get what was requestioned of me my Dr said it was the worse bed bug bites he had ever seen. As much as I don't mind working with customer service agents over seas, this is different they are confusing my situation but now sending responses in French.
Any help would be greatly appricated
