Great you are reaching out, for not getting booked for a very long time, try to have a proper listing optimization that way algorithm will bring forth your listing forward.

It appear the same rental duplicate pictures listed 3 times.  You maybe creating your problema.  Airbnb doesn't allow duplicate listings most guests know this rule.  So as a guest I am not sure if Airbnb will cancel the listing before my stay?  I know you are breaking the listing rule are you breaking other rules?  Same house am I protected from double bookings?  

You have good reviews I think trying to fix your concerns you may of instead caused serious questions from potential Guests.
