I have looked at your at your place from your profile link and have a couple of observations:

 

1. Your description says no WiFi available ... that would turn off potential guests immediately... or is this a  city issue?

 

2. Your verbal description of your place is very small and really has no words that would encourage me to book your place. This should be a place for you to highlight what someone would want to come to your place... highlight the good things that you have.... tell potential guests why they should choose your place.... (lots of space, all the things that you offer, easy access, quiet....) 

 

3. It is not clear who your target audience is.... families, business people... for each tell them what is good about your place for them.... business desk to work from? games? ...

 

4. Some of your picture do not assist eg # 9 and #10.. I have no idea what they are... Portrait pics do not work as well as landscape pics.

 

The words on the pictures do not match the pic in your place eg you have shower gel in the pic about the living space.... your bathroom pics appear in the Additional pics (should be in the bathroom section).

 

5. What is around your place that would be of interest to potential guests? You mention the metro  but that is all... how far away is this walking? 5 mins?

 

What else is nearby? restaurants (10 within 10 min walk...)

 

Entertainment what and how far? - show pics of these places to perk the interest of potential guests.

 

6. Consider discounting your first 3 stays in order to get reviews that will support your marketing...

I tried to find your listing by searching for Riyad and checking the dates you have available. However, I was unable to locate it through Airbnb’s search engine. I also compared the map shown on your profile with the map in the search results, but I still could not find it.
