Hello guys,

I am a new guy to join Airbnb last week. My friend and I travel on load road from Maryland to California. At the time, I was looking for Airbnb in the San Francisco location, I found that cheap for one week and 2 guests. I brought it and a few days later, I arrive at the house, I check everything. I enter the room but it very strong smell that smoke. 

I can't breathe because I have asthma. I talked with Host, and he said suggested "You can open the window" it doesn't help with that. I already read his rule, which said no smoke that CONFLICT!  

I want to refund back NOW but it policy said No refund. THAT IS SO STUPID BECAUSE NO EVIDENCE FOR PHOTO OR VIDEO! How do I know that picture is A TRICK ME! Why I can smell that ROOM OF SMOKE AROUND! IMPOSSIBLE FOR REFUND ME BACK!. 

Tell me what you suggest to me! how do I refund it back "FULL REFUND!"

@Vincent1238 we are only hosts here Vincent, go back to the number on your original booking and call them at Airbnb proper and let them know as soon as possible . 'no smoking ' is a rule for the guest generally not the host and sadly is not a guarentee to you that the environment is smoke free , but this host does seem to be very out of touch with 'cleanliness' which does cover a guests refund. Keep trying ... H
