If your property has a fireplace, heaters, or beautiful winter views, make sure these are highlighted. Emphasize the comfort and warmth of your listing, highlighting any winter-specific amenities like heating, a hot tub, or a sauna. Mention nearby winter attractions or activities.

-Consider lowering your prices slightly to stay competitive. You can also introduce winter discounts or special offers for longer stays to attract guests.

-Ensure you list any winter-friendly amenities such as a heated blanket, indoor activities, or a coffee machine. Small touches can make a big difference in guest experience.

-Provide information about local winter activities, such as skiing, snowboarding, ice skating rinks, or winter festivals. Offering detailed guides or even partnering with local businesses for discounts can make your listing more appealing.

-Offer information about navigating local winter challenges, such as transportation tips during snowfalls, to ensure guests feel taken care of.

Alicia753 put it very nicely. I’m fully booked in winter because my listing is in south Florida - everyone loves to come here during this season. But as long as you can provide the feeling of coziness and warmth through the first 3 photos, the title also mentions one of those key warm/cozy words, and has a description of how people would like to FEEL…you should be in the right track. 

As a guest, when I go to a cold region during winter I look out for a fireplace, cozy looking furniture, and a jacuzzi.

As someone who takes professional photos, I’d also consider playing with the warmth setting in your picture editing process. Sometimes when people want to optimize a photo, the adjustment removes some warmth. Stray away from blue or cold-looking tones that might make your place colder than what it is.

There's also little vacancy up here in the ski towns of Colorado, and I live in the nearby resorts with the hot springs to warm the bones after the adventure. I'd like advice on how to get less booking in winter!

That's what I am also wondering why few or non guests during winter times. Probably here in India people travel less due to examination days of children. But the business community does. However, since this is my first winter after I have ventured, let me have the experience. All the best to those whose occupancy is good during these times. Thanks
