I would say providing everything as high quality as possible

First, it would be more durable, and save you time/$$ in long-term.

Also, be careful with the details. Even the key chains are better to be cute/high quality.

I personal prefer natural material than plastics. Therefore my furnitures are solid wood/metal/glass.

@Caitlin392 I sort of agree.

I do believe that whilst cotton sheets are essential they do not need to be above about 200TC. We started with higher thread counts but determined that sheets are replaced due to staining rather than wear so 200TC is fine.

Random thing on  key chains - we used brass discs with the property name and our phone number on in case of loss. Dead cheap (OK they were round brass dog tags) and effective when one guest lost the keys and we had them back before they knew they were missing!

I agree.

I always provide cotton sheets, used to be white, but now grey/brown/purple.

The only thing is they are very winkled after wash. But I mentioned it in my ads.

Good point on the key tag, I may start using those also.

@Caitlin392 we used an iron to deal with the wrinkles but I see these are out of fashion nowadays as neither of my daughters own one.

I googled the most fashionable sheets colors, and those are what I found. I also have embroideries on those sheets to make them look expensive…

Anything looks expensive works. So far, no complaints. But I am open to suggestions, the worst case scenario is, I will replace all those sheets after 6m to 1 year.

How do you typically handle the cleaning routine for these bedsheets? Since dryers are really popular in Canada, do you use a washer-dryer to dry them after washing?

I’ve observed that dryers often cause bedsheets and clothes to fade in colour (personal experience 🙈) . Have you noticed any fading with your bedsheets after using a dryer?

Hi @Caitlin392 , thank you for sharing these hosting tips!

Is there any furniture piece in your listing, that you're particularly fond of? May be the one that enhances the overall look and feel of your listing?
