I wrote a very accurate negative review for a guest. She gave me  5 stars but she removed it and added a very inaccurate rebuttal. Isn't reviews by both parties  AirBnB's selling points.  She had 8 guests instead of the 4 she stated in her rental request. Consequently, they moved furniture to accommodate everyone. Most didn't know the house rules, so most were ignored. We had a huge amount of laundry, 3 additional loads. I do my own cleaning after monthly guests because there seems to be more problems. Because I don't have supporting documents, I will not be reimbursed. I can no longer trust the review process of AirBnB because she had 15 (5 star)

reviews and now that I know  my review can be removed, I can no longer trust reviews. This is my second cherished home!

@Debra86 Your review of this guest should have survived. It may come back after the 14 day review period.

@Debra86 this is very confusing. You say that she gave you 5 stars but then removed it (which is impossible, unless you mean that she asked Airbnb to remove it?), then said that your review was removed (which is possible if Airbnb deems it goes against their terms).  Also, where did she post a rebuttal? This all seems very messed up.
