ID verification are very unclear

Hi this is mahesh hosting from last 4 years ! bad experience with last guest . airbnb verify the ID identification in their policy and system but 4 guys they checked in with one ID ..

the made whole mess in house broken the security from lock now airbnb does not want to take responsibility.

I found this is very un secure way to working with airbnb

what do you mean when you say four guys checked Eminem with one ID

what vetting procedures did you use when accepting these guests

Received booking through airbnb platform . 
name of person was there and all ID were submitted to Airbnb 

but 4 people were checked and three other didn’t present ID to Airbnb left the mess and problem for us we had no idea who they were ? And we went through with lots hassale to open the door after they checked out 

finally we have to break the lock and damaged the door 

Initial Airbnb said yes we have insurance to cover up such accidents 

I provide the maximum report and invoices 

Airbnb come back with decision saying it’s was not damaged by guest 

had unprofessional staff from Airbnb doesn’t want to talk me on phone so I can explain 

I end going to inactive my account with Airbnb very soon

@Mahesh19  you don't need to worry about the other people,   the main guest is the one who is responsible. I hope you took photos, and kept all communication in the messages box. Stay calm and make a claim via CS.
