@Carrolyn2 what suggests it is not legitimate?

I am just asking if it is

How would you expect us to know without you providing any information on what grounds you have for asking this and without seeing the listing @Carrolyn2

Ok I am sorry maybe I am not asking the right thing or doing it the right way  but immediately after my brother book there his credit card started using on Amazon  that's the reason I ask I don't know how things work here sorry

@Carrolyn2 Did he pay through Airbnb? If so its possible but highly  unlikely his details have been hacked.

Thanks yes I went straight through the app

@Carrolyn2 so the host is certainly not at fault. As hosts we do not see any payment details from guests and only receive money after the stay has started. As such it feels like a coincidence to me as I am sure, if Airbnb had been hacked, it would be all over the news.

I didn't say air bnb was hacked I just wanted to know if the family home is illegitimate  that's all thanks
