In a dangerous situation and no one from Airbnb cares to help

Hi everyone I’m hoping that someone could help me out and help me get to someone who can actually help me instead of senior case mangers who have been answering the phone and have not been helpful and do not care about what I have been put through.

I made a reservation in Los Angeles for six months for myself and my son while we are on a project here. Because of the fires in LA finding the right home was very hard and took me over two weeks. The rentals are extremely overpriced, but we had no choice. We found the greatest house and were thrilled. It answered all of our needs. Three weeks into the stay we received a message from the management company that said the owner had made a decision that he no longer wanted to rent the home to anyone and we had 24 hours to vacate and our reservation was being canceled. I called Airbnb and they sent some ridiculous suggestions that did not match our needs. One place that was a one bedroom in a dangerous neighborhood, one suggestion that was going to take us two hours each way every day to where we need to be every day and one place that was extremely expensive. It is a very long story, but the bottom line is every day (For one week now) I I have been calling  Airbnb to ask for assistance and they were putting me through a ridiculous exercise asking me to send them options that matched we were staying in the type of house we were renting, but they would not confirm what they would do to help us out. Meanwhile, the owner of the house started threatening us because we have not left. (We have been told from the California Tenants union that we have 30 days to vacate). Finally on Tuesday, someone from Airbnb said they would compensate us some money but of course, that person will not respond to us anymore. Not to mention the amount they said they would give us is nowhere near enough to cover the difference in the amount it will cost us now to rent a comparable place. There are so much to share with the story, but I’m not sure what to do and no one seems to care. if anyone here can help me or point me in the direction is to how I can reach someone stateside and someone who can actually make a difference in the situation. I would greatly appreciate it. We are in a situation where the owner of this home has now been removed from the management company, and I understand that Airbnb is going to or has already dropped him from the Airbnb community.

I appreciate any guidance you can provide.
