Hello all!
I help manage a farmhouse in Tuscany, Italy, with 4 apartments of various sizes.
Each apartment has its own living room, kitchen, dining room, etc. and a private outdoor space.
Currently, each apartment has its own listing. To open up to larger groups,
I would like to create listings with multiple apartments, but I am not sure how best to go about this.
Should I create a listing for each of the possible combinations or list only the best combinations
of apartments? In case it is helpful I'll note that we use Kross Booking to manage our
listings across various platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo). Thanks in advance for any help!
Anna

Hi @Anna-and-Pietro-Hebel-Mosher0
Creating listings for multiple-apartment combinations at your farmhouse in Tuscany is a great idea especially to appeal to larger groups like families or big group retreats.
Assuming you have 4 apartments (let’s call them A, B, C, and D).
Entire Farmhouse (A+B+C+D) – Marketed for retreats or family reunions.
1. Create a New Listing (if not done yet)
• Go to your Airbnb host dashboard → Listings → Create a new listing.
• Title it something like:
“Entire Farmhouse – Sleeps X Guests (Includes A, B, C & D)”
2. Describe Clearly What’s Included
3. Sync Calendars Between Listings
• Use Airbnb’s calendar sync feature to avoid double bookings:
• Go to each listing → Availability → Calendar sync.
• Copy the iCal link of each listing (A, B, C, D) and paste
Same goes if you want to do combo listings.
A + B Combo or C + D Totally your call, do whatever feels right for you. Best of luck!
Hi @Anna-and-Pietro-Hebel-Mosher0 😊,
Thank you so much for asking this great question here!
Could you please specify how many guests you can host in each apartment?
I'm tagging a few hosts in case they'd like to help you with this: @Kitty-and-Creek0, @Patricia2526 and @Karen114.
Thank you in advance, everyone!
Warm regards 🌻,

@Anna-and-Pietro-Hebel-Mosher0 Yes you can do what @Patricia2526 has suggested.
Kross can likely help you get all the listings syncing properly.
just my 2 cents. I tried this as I have a building with 6 units. Just be prepared to have items from each unit strewn all about in other units. Pillows, bedding, plates, pots and pans 🥴. It was a bit of a nightmare for a control freak like myself 🤣.
Housekeeping doesn’t know what goes where and then you get calls from others guests saying there’s no wine opener and one unit has 3 😮.
Just something to be prepared for.
