Hi there, Ive had two great guests and no interest (apparently) since. Maybe I was lucky with my discounted new member rates. How does one get an AirBnB noticed ?

I’m not sure I can be much help as I’m in the US so it’s a totally different market. I also rent a full house, not a suite so this is different from what I do. I will say the pictures and description is lovely.
The only trick up my sleeve is a last minute booking discount/promotion to boost your listing to the top of the search of that works in your country the same way it works in the US. If you aren’t already booked for the upcoming weekend, offer a 20% discount to boost your listing to the top of the search with a slash thru the regular price to get attention.
