Insurance covering cost of accommodation for guest
Hi there we have a booking request from a guest that has had to move out of her home as a tree fell on it on during a storm. We had approved her booking but now Airbnb has now rejected it. Is it possible to extend the time frame for payment to accommodate the guest, as we all know insurance companies take sometime to process claims.
Airbnb handle all the payment side to our bookings but they often offer a two or three part payment plan unless of course it's a last minute booking. So if Airbnb have cancelled this booking, it means that this guest does not have enough funds to pay for their stay? Do you really want to take the risk?
