Request for Review Investigation - Possible Defamation
Dear Airbnb Management,
I am writing to formally request an investigation regarding a review posted by an individual who unlawfully attempted to enter my home on December 27, 2025. This individual was removed from my property due to their disregard for both my house rules and applicable legal statutes within the State of Nevada.
Under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 41.610, a person may be liable for defamation if they publish a false statement that injures another's reputation. Given the circumstances of this individual’s departure and their previous behavior, I believe the review in question constitutes slanderous content that damages my reputation as a host.
I kindly ask that Airbnb conduct a thorough investigation into this matter. If this review is not addressed, I will be left with no choice but to consider involving law enforcement and taking further action against Airbnb.
Thank you for your attention

Second Problem
Report on Breach of House Rules by Past Guest: **, Dec 30, 2025 – Jan 3, 2026
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally address a serious violation concerning a past guest, **, who stayed at my property from December 30, 2025, to January 3, 2026. It has come to my attention that this guest unlawfully introduced two underage children (ages 5 and 11) into my home, in direct contradiction of the explicit house rule stated in my Airbnb listing, which prohibits the presence of children under the age of 12. This rule is in place not only for the safety of children but also to ensure the well-being of all guests.
Under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS), specifically NRS 62B.330(1), it is defined as child endangerment when a child is placed in a situation that poses a risk to their health or safety. The presence of these children in my home constitutes a violation of this statute.
Furthermore, I am perplexed as to why a damaging review from this guest is being publicly displayed on my listing despite their clear disregard for my established house rules and compliance with legal standards set forth by the state of Nevada. Such a review is not only misleading but may also be construed as defamation, specifically slander and libel under NRS 200.510 and NRS 200.520, respectively.
I kindly request that a manager at Airbnb investigate this matter promptly. I believe it is imperative to rectify this situation to prevent any further harm to my reputation and ensure compliance with the accommodations' regulations. Should this issue not be addressed, I will consider reaching out to law enforcement to discuss potential actions against Airbnb regarding this situation.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this urgent matter.
