As Till mentioned, Once you change your status to Listed it's usually visible within 24 hours, but it may take up to 72 hours for this update to be reflected in search results. You can also refer to the article here : https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/883%20 . 

I was trying to look at your profile and seems like their is some error with respect to your Airbnb profile. have you also tried reaching out Airbnb Customer Support, if you are still facing any error with your listing? Keep us posted on how you are progressing with it!
