So, we got a poor review after a group of two guests for our two-person listing turned out to actually be three guests, and we let all three stay anyway, but charged them a bit more for the extra guest.
Blindingly obvious that the poor review is retaliation, right?
Not according to whichever auto-reject-bot Airbnb is using to refuse requests to remove obviously retaliatory reviews these days, in blatant contravention of its own policies.
Question is, do we have to just accept this piling of insult upon injury, or is there any way to get an actual human with a brain to look at matters?
