Is this a scam?

I recently got confirmed for a reservation for 926 pd a month. It was a 48% monthly reservation discount. I'm starting to worry if this is too good to be true.

I'm brand new to Airbnb and I'm also studying abroad, which is why I need a place to stay. I'm a naturally anxious person, but what do you think?

As long as you have booked on the official Airbnb page you are safe - as Airbnb keeps your money til after you have checked in - so if something isn’t as expected you just contact Airbnb CS and they can help you get refunded. 
Scammers on Airbnb do usually advertise on FACEBOOK Marketplace and similar pages - they make fake Airbnb pages and make people believe they have booked an Airbnb. People are asked to wire or transfer money. That is a huge red flag. If you have paid with your credit card on the Airbnb page you are safe.
