Hi,  I would like to book this villa, but I am scared that it might be a scam.

It is perfect for what what we need. But I was nearly scammed on Booking.com so I am being really cautious! Please let me know your thoughts.

@Jane4229 I can see nothing wrong with it. Just make sure you pay through Airbnb and also perhaps message the host with a few questions to get a sense if they are decent folks

It looks legit. There are some critical reviews. The rhythm in the reviews is also OK. That makes it more credible.
Do all communications and payments via Airbnb.

The only thing that made me doubt was the relatively low price.
