Issues with new reservations - being prevented from booking

Under All activity, I can see that there are ‘Reservation requested’ but not seen it yet on the calendar or the inquiry in the messages.

 

None of the reservations went through. Just opened a ticket with support team. Did any one of you experience a similar issue?

Hi Bhumika,

 

The support team/Community expert mentioned that is a protective blocking by the airbnb system.  However I feel that the message under activities could be more specific, so that the hosts can understand the issue is not with the listing but with the Guest's requirements. Let me know your thoughts
