I left items behind. A robe, nightgown and a hair extension that cost me over 100.00. I’ve messaged the host repeatedly and she hasn’t responded. What can I do?
Happened to me once, OMG.
I politely contacted the host, if she could send me the items, and I would reimburse all extra expenses to her.
Worked, I was happy, and I visited her later again, and brought a personal thank you to her.
I live 20 mins away. I said I will come pick it up. Still no reply. Is there some Airbnb support I can contact?
I would just say I’ll be by to pick up my wife’s things. Please tell me what day and time is convenient for you? I wouldn’t want to disturb you but they are items that are things my wife needs back.
