LOYALTY! I HAD hundreds of reviews from my previous listings. I havent used your service for a long time. Now I get on here and I have 4 guest reviews and none as a host? Will not be coming back.

All that work over years and you erase it like it didnt happen?

Your reviews are still there. But as long as you have no active listings you will appear with your guest profile.
