I have found this summer that a lot of people have booked and cancelled and I haven’t had any enquiries on Airbnb for weeks. This coincides with listing the house on Booking.com (which has been a nightmare!) and I just wondered if these two things were related??? Anyone else having any problems?

@Judith864 many UK places are slow at present. Listing on two sites works for some people BUT one of the key reasons you appear higher in the Airbnb search is bookings. Splitting these between two platforms can cause issues on both I am afraid.

Thanks!
I only have my rooms listed on Airbnb. Is there a drop in bookings in general in london? Just seems a bit odd. I’ve been on here since 2015. I don’t even seem to get info on surges / trends in the area. I have made tweaks though there is plenty of info about my rooms, just don’t know what more I can do I even dropped the price
yes i have had same issue and also a sudden drop in bookings too.
I have tried to find out from Airbnb if anything has changed but they haven’t come back to me. Though I see you got a reply from Airbnb and that kind of helps me understand a bit.
