Lack of customer service. Unfair treatment towards guests.
Fist off I would like to say I think it's a shame this platform is not allowing me to upload pictures as proof of my recent stay with a host of Airbnb's. Me and my family had to endure a filthy 4 day stay due to the incompetence and lack of customer support. I am looking for a supervisor to take this issue and make it right. I have multiple photographs, videos and written documentation of the incident.
I just wanted to share that the Community Team is here to support hosts in a unique way, distinct from customer support. This community forum is a space for engagement between users.
