Lack of help and your stealing my money

i've been staying within a long term airbnb. in which for the first 15 days i paid $1900 to stay from 9/1/2024-9/16-2024 i then presumed to then pay an additional $5,246.60 to extend my stay an additional 45 days from 9/16/2024 - 10/31/2024. i have receipts to confirm all of these charges. Now airbnb is stating i still owe a remaining $1748 for the last 15 days of my stay and if i refuse my reservation will be canceled. i have contacted my host that isnt aware of any of these charges or fees and have contacted Airbnb customer service a number of times trying to get some clarification. 

If my reservation is to be cancelled the remaining $2262 that i've already paid to them for my stay just vanishes. 

this is so wrong beyond words. i have already give them $7190.77 and now their demanding $1748 today or theyll be putting me on the streets. 

I cant believe this is how they take care of their long term customers.
