Listing in Pakistan - Nishat Colony - Lahore

I have a couple of properties across Lahore, and looking to put them on Airbnb. There is a property in Nishat Colony, and one of my colleagues told me that it * is not worth to put it on Aribnb even though its close to the airport.

Any comments with experienced hosts in Lahore?

Nishat Colony being close to the airport and DHA actually gives it strong potential, especially for transit travelers, business guests, and short stays. We’ve seen good performance from similar areas , it all comes down to smart listing optimization, competitive pricing, and guest experience.

Before ruling it out, I’d recommend doing a short-term test run with proper hosting support  , you'd be surprised at how location perception can shift with the right strategy.
