Listing removed and how to deal ?

Hello all ! 😃

I went to Airbnb safety team to report a possible gas leak because I had to cancel a guest and I have never done this in the 5 years I have hosted. 
note : this was on a Sunday, so I couldn’t catch a gas company here to check until Monday.

I sent back the report to Airbnb. My listing is still removed. I have called multiple times and cannot reach someone to relist. What do I do? How long does it take for someone to get back to me? Please help I’m confused and a little desperate as this is my full-time job.

@Anabelle11 most people do not go to Airbnb for day to day stuff and this is why. Send them a copy of the 'gas leak ' report , which I hope you have saying all is well and ask for immediate reinstatement , do not close tickets on your own end.... H
