Locked out of my account

Hi there, I've just tried to get into my airbnb account. Put the phone number in, put the sms code in, then it wanted my email address. I tried three times and got locked out. I forgot that I had created my account through apple on my iphone. I no longer have this phone and now have a google pixel. 

 

I have since found my apple id email, but now it wont let me try to sign in again. Does this reset after a certain length of time? Or am I shut out completely? 

 

I've tried to "sign in another way" but it wont accept my apple id email address as its no longer active. Ive tried to contact customer service but cant get past the flipping robot woman.

 

I've got a booking so need to be able to access my account. What do I do?

If it's the app that won't allow you to try to sign in again, have you tried the website?

In addition to @Shelley159 's suggestion, you could try entering www.airbnb.com in your phone browser (chrome?) instead of using the App and try to log-in that way if you don't have a desktop/laptop to try.
