Platform is not allowing me to make a promotion on the listing calendar. I need help

Guests booked for a 30 days and reserved 4 months in advance, with a non refundable policy. They are sweet and followed all rules. I would like to know how and if it’s even possible—to reopen my calendar for the last 10 days left. Thanks everyone for any insightful feedback

@Linda4964 the guest will have to send you a change request and, if agreed, it will open up your calendar. Not sure what the system will generate (if anything) as a refund. I would aim for zero refund but offer the guest a full refund for any days that are re sold.

@Linda4964 You can also initiate a change BUT it may be dealt with as a cancellation by Airbnb. Far better to message and/or talk to the guest and get them to do so.
