Hello,
Someone recently inquired about a long-term stay between 60 days and six months. We have a one-time cleaning fee of $75.00, and I am hesitant to allow a stay longer than 30 days.
I'm curious if anyone has had experience with long-term bookings. I'm wondering if it's too good to be true or if there are ways to safeguard my listing from potential scams.
Any advice helps; this is my first time hosting, and this is also my first reservation.
Thank you!

@Dasi20 My experience: I had a 6 month guest-traveling nurse and partner. $125 cleaning fee.
They didn’t do any damage, but it took 15 hours to clean.
Next time, I’m going to charge more rent and include biweekly cleaning. Better for your guest and better for you.

Appreciate the advice!
@Dasi20 Just watch out for the situation where you might create an inadvertent tenancy - You need to check the laws in your state.
