Long term guest

I have a request for a full month.  But they have 0 reviews.  It’s from Oct 1-31.  If they don’t leave by Nov 1 what is my options?

You need to check the laws in your local area regarding STR, tenants' rights etc. as they vary from place to place and also sometimes the type of listing.

 

I'm pretty relaxed hosting long term stays because the law here in the UK protects me, but then I am a live in host. If I was renting out an entire unit, the applicable laws are different. 

 

So, you need to do research into your own specific situation and location.
