Looking for Guidance on Channel Manager Integration & Account Support

 

Hello Airbnb Community,

We are currently in the process of scaling our short-term rental business and expect to onboard around 50 listings in the coming weeks, with a goal of reaching 100+ listings by the end of the year, including chalets, cottages, and vacation homes.

To support this growth, we’re integrating our listings through a professional channel manager and would love to hear from others who have taken a similar path.

We’re specifically looking for:

Guidance on best practices for integrating with Airbnb via channel managers

Experiences from hosts using Rentals United or NextPax or Hostaway

Insights on whether Airbnb provides any dedicated support (such as an account or partner manager) for high-volume hosts

Tips for optimizing performance when using third-party tools

Any common challenges or sync issues to watch out for

We greatly appreciate any shared experiences or resources that could help us move forward in the most effective and professional way.
