I’m currently in the process of offboarding from LovelyStay after being significantly overcharged (ripped off, i'd say).
Long story short, I have a T2+1 in Campo de Ourique that I need to rent mid-term, as it’s my primary source of income. Since I don’t have an AL licence, short-term is not an option, and I’m absolutely not putting myself in a position of dependency on another company again. Twice is enough.
I live and work full-time in Peniche, where I’ve just launched my medical practice, so travelling back and forth to Lisbon jeopardises my business.
I’m looking for reliable, transparent support to manage the apartment without drama.
If this is something you might be able to help with, I’d really appreciate it.

do look for cohosts who have lots of five star reviews .
remember Airbnb regards regards listings of 4.6 or below as poorly performing ratings .
