Looking for cohost

Hello 

I am remotely manage my airbnb properties (2 of them)  in Kissimmee FL. Property is in Paradise Palms Community. I am looking for reliable, honest local co host and preferably closer to the Paradise Palms Community (to check in on property if ). Co host would manage reservations questions and coordinate with maintenance vendors (Pool, cleaning, general repair). Please contact me if you are interested.
