Lost and never used e-gift card

Hi
back in 2022 I bought a gift card but lost it and never used. Contacted Amazon who asked me to contact Airbnb. Couldn’t get much from support. Can’t resend on Amazon as it’s old. 

I have order number and date.

What is the connection with the gift card? Did you buy it there?
