Major dip in business since February

My bookings have drastically dropped since February 2025 and that’s surely causing problems. 
my earning are usually 60k to 90k approximately whereas now it’s not more that 18k. 
why such a dip suddenly!? 
I have never experienced such drop in bookings ever for 2months continuously. April is bad too as I hardly have enquiries.

Our bookings have dropped since last November. About all we have had is one nights. It is to the point now that it is hardly worth continuing the Airbnb. 

We have been trying to buy a larger home to improve our space but of course the U.S. government kicks us down for trying to improve our income. How many people here who live in America are aware that the government WILL NOT ALLOW Airbnb income to be counted in prequalifying for mortgage loans?

I am feeling so upset about all of it.

no I haven’t! As I do not know of such communities in my area.

Not sure if Akron has a group. Once when I tapped on it I was asked if I wanted to start a group. My concern with speaking to local hosts is that we are all competitors. That’s why I come to this group.
