I moved to the new ‘Messages’ today and have noticed that all my past, present and future guests have the same surname. Is there a glitch in the system? Will it fix itself? The names are correct on the Calendar.

@Fay408 have you tried contacing Airbnb support to check for a potential glitch? If all your past, present, and future guests have the same surname in the new 'Messages' system, it's likely a technical issue. Describe the problem clearly to Airbnb support, including screenshots if possible, to ensure they understand the situation and can resolve it quickly. Hope this helps!

Thank you. I couldn’t see a way to contact Airbnb support because it isn’t a booking issue or a guest issue. That’s why I tried on here. Do you happen to know how to get in touch with them?

Hi @Fay408 , I came across your post and wanted to check in the issue. Are you using mobile app or accessing your listing through website? Have you updated the app to the latest version if you're viewing it through mobile device?
It would be worth trying if the basic troubleshooting method of login-logout works in this case. And a few more steps below in case the login-logout doesn't work :
📌 Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
📌 Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
📌 Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
📌 Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
📌 Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
📌 Log in with your email from your account
