Hi all,
I had a guest recently who left a positive review but it ended with a questionable comment at the end. When I asked what was that about, he told me that it was about a “bus stop” near our apartment and not about us. I know… I couldn’t believe either.
I got in touch with Airbnb and asked them to remove it and submitted all the screenshots but I’m constantly getting an automatic refusal.
What is even more frustrating, when you call them, they just read a script back to you.
I feel I’m being pushed to list only on Booking.Com in order not to be reviewed as a bus stop.
Any help on how to get this sorted would be appreciated.
